Payment Card Information. We use Shopify as our payment gateway to process debit card and credit card transactions. When you use a debit card or credit card to make a donation, you are actually providing your information to Shopify which collects and stores your debit card or credit card data. Shopify encrypts your payment card information to standards in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your payment card transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your transaction information is deleted. PCI-DSS is a set of data security standards to help ensure the secure handling of payment card information. PCI-DSS is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of credit card brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Identifying Information. Unique identifiers (such as e-mail address(es)) are collected and may be used to respond directly to you when you request information or a response from us, as well as for verification purposes.
Information Requested Data. We track the kinds of information you request and view through our Site to help us determine what promotional and other informational mailings may be of interest to you. We will not send any promotional or other informational mailings to you unless you specifically request it or affirmatively indicate that you would generally be interested in receiving such information from us.
